This is a great opportunity to share the past season experiences with other Santas, Mrs. Clauses and helpers from throughout the region. We will hold our annual meeting, enjoy a holiday themed luncheon, and hear from NESS Hall of Fame Inductees.

Tickets are $75 per person which includes the Sunday luncheon and general activities. Registration – Deadline is January 21, 2023

Saturday, January 28

2:00 – 4:00 pm NESS Executive Board Meeting, Card Room, Publick House, 277 Main Street, Sturbridge, MA. Current and incoming Board members, committee chairs and officers will meet to review the past year and plan for the upcoming one. All members are welcome to attend.

5:00 pm Dinner on Your Own – There are many restaurants in the area. NESS is not organizing a special dinner, but many members will meet to enjoy each other’s company at their restaurant of choice. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area. We suggest calling ahead if you plan on attending as a large group.

7:30 pm Santa Fireplace Chat, Holiday Inn Express and Suites-21 New Boston Rd. Sturbridge Gather around the fireplace for the legends of Santas, Mrs. Clauses, Elves, and Christmas Performers from near and far. This is your time to share your experiences and stories from the previous year. Everyone will get a chance to tell his or her tale. BYOB, snacks and refreshments.

8:30 am Registration Santa’s Tag Sale will again be held throughout the day. Bring along any outgrown suits, excess supplies, unneeded accessories, duplicate books, new products or other Santa-related items to sell.

10:00 am Introductions Morning Program – Roundtable Discussions: Help determine NESS priorities for 2023 year.

12:00-3:00 pm Luncheon & Program & Annual Meeting The menu is traditional Christmas dinner with roast turkey with cornbread stuffing and the fixings, garden salad and Strawberry Shortcake.

3:00 pm – 4:00 pm NESS Hall of Fame Inductee Panel
