DESCRIPTION:UPDATED DETAILS \nThe season is upon us and this is one last chance to prepare for the last dash to the sleigh. This program will be filled with advice and strategies as we enter the hectic season ahead. We need you to come share your experiences and ideas to help everyone have a successful season. Plus this is your chance to ask all your questions or solicit advice. \nThe day will be divided into two main sections with lunch and NESS meeting in the middle. \nThe morning sessions will focus on filling up your remaining schedule\, last minute marketing or expanding your offerings. Informational lessons\, panel presentations\, and open discussion will look at topics like: \n\nFilling the openings in your schedule.\nConnecting with agents.\nEncouraging word of mouth and referrals.\nIdentifying potential customers & how to reach them.\nHow to tailor your fee structure as Christmas approaches.\nWhat services can you offer that customers want.\n Ideas for other services to offer.\nSocial media strategies to attract new customers.\nHoning in on the types of events & activities you prefer to do.\nFinding ways to add hours and revenue to your bookings.\nEvaluating what’s working to capture clients.\nCreating sales and special offers.\n\nAfter a break for lunch\, a brief NESS meeting about what’s happening with the organization will be held. \nThe afternoon session will focus on the tasks to complete before the visits begin. What activities\, checklists\, communications\, plans and contingencies do you need to make sure the season goes smoothly. \nA special presentation will be made on the new Red Envelope Project developed by the NESS Member Benefits Committee. It’s a personal strategy to organize to insure your clients and events are taken care of if you aren’t able to do the visits due to health or other reasons. \nOther topics for discussion are: \n\nCommunication strategies with your customers to make sure all runs smoothly.\nUpgrades to your outfits\, accessories\, props\, etc.\nExpanding the performance elements of your visits.\nLet’s share our worst visit experiences & decide how to prepare or prevent them.\nHelpful checklists that keep you organized and running smoothly.\nKeeping healthy throughout the season.\nSuggestions for storybooks\, props\, activities\, games\, music\, etc. to add.\nFollow up ideas to use with clients.\nEvaluating your events and season.\n\nThe event will be held at Mick Morgan’s (Norwood)\, 434 Providence Highway\, Norwood\, MA 02062. \nCoffee & tea will be available all day.
