Annual Meeting and Reunion January 28, 2024 9am – 4pm
This is a great opportunity to share the past season experiences with other Santas, Mrs. Clauses and helpers from throughout the region. We will hold our annual meeting, share ideas to help shape the future of NESS, enjoy a traditional holiday meal together, and learn the history of Christmas traditions from our guest speaker from Sturbridge Village.
Tickets are $75 per person which includes the Sunday luncheon and general activities.

Saturday, January 27
2:00 – 4:00 pm NESS Executive Board Meeting, Card Room, Publick House, 277 Main Street, Sturbridge, MA. Current and incoming Board members, committee chairs and officers will meet to review the past year and plan for the upcoming one. All members are welcome to attend.
5:00 pm Dinner on Your Own – There are many restaurants in the area. NESS is not organizing a special dinner, but many members will meet to enjoy each other company at their restaurant of choice. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area. We strongly recommend calling ahead to make reservations if you plan on meeting as a large group.
7:30 pm Santa Fireplace Chat, HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS. Gather around the fireplace for the legends of Santas, Mrs. Clauses, Elves, and Christmas Performers from near and far. This is your time to share your experiences and stories from the previous year. Everyone will get a chance to tell his or her tale. BYOB, snacks and refreshments.

8:30 am Registration Santa’s Tag Sale will again be held throughout the day. Bring along any outgrown suits, excess supplies, unneeded accessories, duplicate books, new products or other Santa-related items to sell.

10:00 am Introductions Morning Program – Reflection on 2023, Updates for 2024, Roundtable Discussions: Formation of committees and committee work
1:00 pm Luncheon, The menu is traditional Christmas dinner with roast turkey with cornbread stuffing and the fixings, garden salad and Strawberry Shortcake.
2:00 pm – 3pm Member recognition and Hall of Fame Induction
3:00 pm – 4:00 pm Guest Speaker – Christmas Traditions

Holiday Inn Express –
In order to book online simply visit the Holiday Inn Express website, first select “BOOK NOW” in the right hand corner, Type in the specific block dates then hit “Search”. In the grey bar click the down arrow on “Change Search”, where it says “Rate Preference” select the down arrow once that is done click the “Group Rate” option. The Group Code box will pop up. Once they put in the NES code and click “Search” or enter it will then show all the rooms available to reserve in your block. The link to the hotel website is below:
