WHAT THE PUCK?

Get Ready for Next Season

Seminar 12:00 – 4:00 pm

The season just ended. What do you do now? Evaluate last year and start planning for the next. Find out what others do to keep building on their Claus successes. The session is being led by NESS members.

Among the topics to be covered:

• Analyse and evaluate last season.
• What went well? What needs improvement?
• Where were the holes in your calendar?
• Fine tune your long-term goals and short-term objectives.
• Craft a strategic plan to focus on the most valuable targets.
• Monthly goal setting and planning.
• Things to build on, learn, or develop to enhance your skills, visits and appearances.
• Making sure your schedule is as full as you want it be.
• Learn different ways to improve client relations.
• Building your visibility and response rates.
• Keeping your rebooking percentage high.
• Focusing efforts on the most valuable activities.
• Creating alliances to build on your success.

The training session will be from 12: 00 to 4:00 pm. There will be time between events to grab food, socialize and relax.

2nd Period

Worcester Railers Hockey Game

PINK IN THE RINK

In observance of 2025: The Year of Mrs. Claus, New England Santa Society will be celebrating “Pink in the Rink” to honor Breast Cancer awareness. For this special night the ice on the rink will be pink. Don’t hesitate to don your light red (pink) outfits and accessories too.

We we will be partnering with the Worcester Railers Booster Club. As plans stand now we will be handing out pink candy canes and posing for pictures as we mingle with the attendees. Later we will receive special recognition for our attendance with a video of us on the big screen. A group photo will be taken on the Ice after the game! Other surprises to come.

Puck drops at 6:05pm. Arrival time to the Arena is 4:40pm for our private entrance through security. 

Attend either or both events. Guests are welcome but only NESS Members may be able to participate in some activities. NESS Members may buy tickets for family and friends at the member rate.
